Our Simple Process For Getting A Roof Repaired or Replaced 

The onboarding process for a residential client typically takes about two weeks. Most clients call our office and request an estimate, we’ll write up a ticket which then gets assigned to a member of our sales team. From there, the salesmen will contact the homeowner and schedule a time to meet with them and look over the roof to determine what the homeowner wants to change – the color or type of the roof. We’ll measure the roof and see what needs to be replaced or can be reused to save homeowners money. After we’ve determined the expectations of the homeowner, we draw up a proposal for the client to look over and sign. We undergo a follow-up call to make sure all the client’s questions, concerns, or comments are answered. Once the proposal is signed, it gets sent to our permitting department who generate the required documents needed to pull the permits. Once the permit is pulled and signed, we schedule a time to start the project and we get to work!

If it’s a minor repair we’ll be able to fix it on-site in about an hour or two hours. If it’s a more intensive and involved repair, then we draw up a proposal to do so and if you choose to use Tip Top Roofing, we’ll schedule a time to get it fixed. Our turnaround date for a typical roof replacement is usually two days. Turnaround timeframe depends on the size of the roof and other underlying issues. Repairs can take hours with replacements typically taking a couple of days. An average size roof will be taken off in one day, along with replacing and repairing problematic wood, nailing, and decking. The following day, the new roof is put back on, ensuring a long-lasting and safe cover for your home.
